Allison Busam is a Managing Director in the New York office of Engle, Lindsley & Regan.
She began her career in legal recruiting over 20 years ago and has successfully placed associates and partners at national and international law firms, as well as financial institutions. Prior to joining ELR, she worked for two New York-based legal search firms and is eminently familiar with the legal market and the opportunities that exist here.
Allison’s experience as a judicial law clerk and a practicing attorney, as well as her many years in the legal recruitment field enables her to focus on the unique needs of employers. It also gives her the ability to counsel attorneys and find them the opportunity that will help them to reach their career goals. Communication skills are paramount and Allison truly listens and identifies the career and lifestyle attributes that are important to the candidate in a new position.
Allison earned her Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University and her J.D from Rutgers School of Law, which included a semester in London as part of an International Law and Legal Studies program through Pepperdine Caruso School of Law.
