Our international law firm client with more than 800 attorneys worldwide has an immediate need for an associate with at least four years of large firm project development experience representing developers and sponsors. Experience with energy projects and transactions, particularly on wind, solar and other renewable technologies, is required. The ideal candidate is able to independently draft and negotiate power purchase agreements as well as construction and equipment supply agreements.
